Working with direction from Straticom Planning of Toronto, we addressed a variety of communication needs and wayfinding requirements that led to the design of different signage types, materials and fabrication methods.
Major building identification included two external rooftop signs consisting of large exterior internally illuminated channel lettering. At street level, pylon signage was located on both main street accesses.
Internal stainless steel plaque and letter ID programs were used to identify both Collins Barrow Place, as well as Collins Barrow.
Interactive floor mounted touch screen building directories were provided to inform visitors tenant floor locations.
As the major tenant, we provided a coordinated, consistent brand image for Collins Barrow across various office and building locations, and architecture and interior design environments. Together with an integrated wayfinding program that informed and directed tenants and visitors alike, it provides a total solution that works on every level.
